01The service

This site provides chart-casting tools rooted in traditional Chinese numerology, AI-generated reading text, and related wiki and knowledge content. Chart calculation is performed by deterministic algorithms; reading text is generated by AI models from the chart data.

02Nature of the content & disclaimer

All content on this site is rooted in traditional Chinese culture and is provided for cultural study and entertainment reference only. It does not constitute medical, legal, investment, marital or any other significant-decision advice. Never substitute this site’s content for the opinion of a qualified professional.

AI-generated readings may contain errors or inaccuracies. This site accepts no liability for the “accuracy” of any reading or for any decision made in reliance on it.

03Accounts

This site uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

04Free access and membership plans

• Casting a chart is free and unlimited. AI features require you to be signed in.
• After sign-in, free deep readings and per-cell chart explanations have no total usage cap. To prevent automated abuse, free accounts may request up to 10 deep readings per minute, 30 per hour and 120 per day; chart explanations are limited to 3 per minute, 6 per hour and 9 per day; plain conversations with Guanfu to 6 per minute, 9 per hour and 12 per day (3 per minute, 6 per hour and 9 per day for visitors who are not signed in). Upgrade to continue after reaching a limit. Full multi-section reports, follow-up questions and the personal daily report remain member-only. Free accounts keep the most recent report for each method, plus up to 3 saved reports.
• Inner Hall membership is a subscription (monthly or yearly). In-depth readings, follow-up questions, the personal daily report and chart notes are all unlimited, and every report is kept long-term. It auto-renews and can be cancelled anytime, taking effect at the end of the current billing period; started periods are not refunded pro-rata.
• “Unlimited” means no usage quota. To prevent automated abuse, each endpoint has per-minute, per-hour and per-day rate limits; ordinary personal use never reaches them, and if you do, waiting a short while is enough — there is nothing extra to pay. We reserve the right to adjust these limits or suspend accounts showing abnormal traffic.
• Lifetime membership is no longer sold. Anyone who bought it keeps every benefit, unchanged, with nothing further to pay.

05Payment and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; international cards are accepted. Prices are as published on the pricing page in real time. We reserve the right to adjust prices; adjustments do not affect subscription periods already in effect or lifetime memberships already purchased.

To dispute a charge or request a refund, contact contact@guanyitang.com within 14 days of payment and we will handle it reasonably case by case.

06Fair use

Membership is limited to the purchaser’s own reasonable personal use. The following are expressly prohibited, and we may restrict, suspend or terminate service without refund for violations:

• Bulk-calling site features or scraping site content by programs, scripts, crawlers or other automation;
• Reselling, renting or sharing membership benefits, or using the service to provide commercial services to third parties;
• Reverse-engineering or attacking the site, or otherwise interfering with its normal operation.

07Intellectual property

Original content on this site — page designs, wiki entries, guides and articles — is copyrighted by this site and may not be republished or used commercially without permission.

Reading reports the AI generates for you are yours to save, share and use personally, but may not be generated in bulk for resale.

08Service changes and interruptions

The product evolves continuously; features may be added, changed or retired. For temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades or force majeure, we will give advance notice where possible and restore service quickly, but accept no liability for resulting losses.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for any indirect, incidental or punitive damages; our total cumulative liability to you is capped at the fees you actually paid to this site in the 12 months preceding the dispute.

10Changes and termination

We may revise these terms from time to time. Revisions update the effective date at the top of this page, and material changes are highlighted on the site; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using this site and delete your account at any time.

11Governing law

The formation, interpretation and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of registration (the United Kingdom).
